- Two years of office experience in a fast-paced setting, including independent decision-making, critical thinking, high level of customer service, and attention to detail.
- Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience using an automated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.
- Associate degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job. Bachelor’s degree - preferred.
- Certification in CCP, CEBS, SHRM or HRCI, Project Management, or Six Sigma, preferred.
- Non-Clinical - None.
